ATPL Integrated Virtual
An ATPL Integrated Virtual, just like a standard ATL Integrated program, prepares anyone with little or no aviation experience for the role of a First Officer at an airline. The main difference, however, is that it is delivered virtually instead of the training centre. This way, you do not get dependent on any precise location and can study from the comfort of your home or other settings of your choice. The innovative software program with AI integration will ensure you receive the same high-quality training while learning in a virtual classroom as you would if you opted for the regular ATPL Integrated option. In less than two years of intense pilot training, you will obtain a pilot licence and will be able to explore the aviation industry further.
ATPL Integrated Virtual Vs. standard ATPL Integrated
ATPL in virtual classroom | Standard ATPL Integrated |
---|---|
Approximately 4 hours per day | 8 hours per day |
Theory and school examination from anywhere in the world | Theory and school examination at BAA Training in Vilnius |
6-8 courses until the Authority examination | 3-4 courses until the Authority examination CAA exam |
Flight training part in Spain | Flight training part in Spain |
ATPL Integrated Virtual – advantages
Learn from anywhere in the world.
You are not attached to any precise location – you can study at home, in the library, co-working space, etc.
Get superior quality training.
Like a standard ATPL Integrated program, the ATPL Integrated Virtual is an EASA program maintaining the highest industry standards.
Avoid traveling and living abroad expenses.
You will avoid costs that are typically incurred when giving preference to studying at the academy.
Keep maintaining your usual work and social life.
Studying on average 4 hours per day, you will have sufficient time left for your work, hobbies, own business, friends and family.
Stay independent of external factors like Covid-19.
While training virtually, you take fewer risks to face any training disruptions due to the volatile Covid-19 related restrictions.
Participate in live face-to-face classes with an instructor.
It is not a self-study course but instructor-led scheduled classes, just like regular training in the academy.
In addition, the virtual classroom setup guarantees excellent user experience: access to instructor-led lectures, schedules, notifications for upcoming classes or exams, in-class group or peer-to-peer conversations, group assignments, etc.

KSA100/CBTA
Area 100 KSA (Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes) is a new subject in theoretical pilot training. It follows a competency-based training and assessment (CBTA) philosophy and is often referred to as a “paradigm shift” that modernizes flight crew training.
The aim of Area 100 KSA is to develop and access student pilots’ certain behavioral competencies besides the technical ones. The competencies based on ICAO core principles are the following: communication, leadership and teamwork, problem-solving and decision-making, situation awareness, workload management, and application of knowledge.
Students will have to complete one formative assessment, two summative ones, and one mental math test during the theoretical training stage The assessments will verify whether the students are fully equipped with the relevant competencies and have developed a “thinking pilot’s” mindset.
MCC TRAINING
Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) training consists of 25 hours of theoretical training and 16 hours of flight training in a full flight simulator (without motion system).

AFTER-CARE PROGRAM
Student aftercare program
As part of the student aftercare program, all our ATPL Integrated Virtual training programs’ students get a guaranteed 20% discount for their SEP(land), MEP(land), SEP / IR(A) and MEP / IR(A) rating renewal or revalidation for maintaining licence currency within three years after graduating.
The student aftercare program also ensures that our trainees receive proper mentorship not only while studying but also after they are done with their training. BAA Training academy works with many airlines worldwide, providing their flight crews with professional training. Often airlines ask us to refer our independent students who are about to finish or have just finished studies to them to be offered employment. Our independent candidates work in airlines such as Wizz Air, CityJet, Ryanair, GetJet, SmartLynx, Avion Express, Condor, Royal Air Morocco, Nordica, AirBaltic, Norra, etc.
One more benefit under the scope of the program is a free Pilot Skills Profile Test via AON’s assessment solutions (https://assessment.aon.com/en-us). This test will be helpful for graduates to understand what valuable skills they have and which ones need improvement. This tool is used by prominent airlines such as SAS, Aer Lingus, Ryanair, etc., to select the best pilots. Therefore, it could be beneficial for pilots to self-access their knowledge and abilities before going to the airlines’ interviews.
