Applicants’ selection terms and conditions
1.1. – Welcome to UAB “BAA Training”, legal entity code 300618099, address Dariaus ir Girėno st. 21, Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter – BAA Training) Applicants’ online application platform (hereinafter – Application platform).
1.2. – BAA Training can be contacted in writing via following email address: [email protected]
1.3. – These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Applicants who apply to BAA Training’s Training programs via Application platform. In respect of any provision of Services to the Applicants (as defined below), any other terms or representations, whether implied by statute, made prior to, collateral with or subsequent to the Applicants’ usage of Application platform, are hereby excluded and shall not be binding upon BAA Training.
1.4. – This Application platform is directed and intended only to the Applicants (as defined below).
1.5. – By using Application platform, Applicants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and / or available by hyperlinks.
1.6. – Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Application platform. By using this Application platform, Applicants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If Applicant does not agree to all the Terms and Conditions, then Applicant may not use this Application platform.
1.7. – Any new features or tools which are added to the Application platform shall also be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Applicants can review the most current version of these Terms and Conditions at any time on this Site. BAA Training reserves the right to unilaterally update, change or replace any part of this Application platform and/or Terms and Conditions by posting updates and / or changes to BAA Training’s Site. However, it is each Applicant’s responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Applicant’s continued use of or access to the Application platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2.1. – In these Terms and Conditions the following terms and expressions shall have the following meanings and shall be applicable to capitalized definitions if not defined otherwise:
|Application platform||means this Applicant’s application platform accessible via online.|
|“Applicant(s)” and/or “You”||means an individual person(s) visiting, entering and using Application platform.|
|“Contract”||means Training Service Contract by and between selected Applicant and BAA Training or, in case the Applicant have chosen Training program conducted by respective airlines, means the Training Service Contract by and between selected Applicant and respective airlines.|
|“CV”||means Applicant’s personal Curriculum Vitae.|
|“EU”||means European Union.|
|“Service fee”||means the amount payable to BAA Training for the Services including VAT (at the rate applicable from time to time).|
|“Services”||means Applicant’s assessment services conducted by BAA Training as specified herein.|
|“Site”||Means following website https://baaflightschool.com/|
|“Terms and Conditions”||means these Applicants’ Selection Terms and Conditions.|
|“Training programs”||means ATPL Integrated training program. ATPL Integrated may differ whereas the Applicants may apply for respective airline’s training program.|
|“VAT”||means value added taxes.|
|“we”, “us”, “our” and “BAA Training”||means UAB “BAA Training”, legal entity code 300618099, address Dariaus ir Girėno st. 21, Vilnius, Lithuania, by which this Application platform is operated.|
2.2. – Capitalized terms used in these Terms and Conditions and not defined herein are defined in the guidelines available on the Site.
3. APPLICANTS’ SELECTION PROCEDURE
3.1. – To be engaged in Training program, Applicants are required to pass selection and assessment processes. BAA Training selection and assessment processes are designed to give You an opportunity to showcase your technical and non-technical skills. Through a series of tried and tested methods, the process provides our selection team with a clear picture of Your abilities and potential to become a pilot.
3.2. – Applicants’ selection and assessment procedures consist of the following steps:
3.2.1. – STAGE 1 – Application;
3.2.2. – STAGE 2 – Submission of documents and screening;
3.2.3. – STAGE 3 – Applicants’ assessment;
3.2.4. – STAGE 4 – Conclusion of Contract.
3.3. – Before entering into STAGE 1, BAA Training strongly advises You to make sure that You comply with basic requirements specified here: https://baaflightschool.com/how-to-become-a-pilot/. Otherwise, BAA Training may reject Your application.
4. STAGE 1
- STAGE 1 is initial stage where Applicants basically fill enquiry form in order to contact with BAA Training. In enquiry form Applicants shall provide their Name, Surname, email and phone number.
- Once BAA Training receives notification about submitted enquiry form, BAA Training will contact Applicant and question whether the Applicant is really intended to study at BAA Training. If that is the case, BAA Training will send a link to the Applicant where Applicant is requested to upload documents and provide additional information via Application platform (STAGE 2).

5. STAGE 2
5.1. – Following the link received from BAA Training, the Applicants shall upload their CV, answer to the given questions and provide required documents via Application platform (enabled by the link sent by BAA Training).
5.2. – During the STAGE 2 Applicants will be asked to provide the following information and documents:
5.2.1. – Full name and surname;
5.2.2. – Birth date;
5.2.3. – Email address;
5.2.4. – Country of birth;
5.2.5. – Degree of education;
5.2.6. – Obtained aviation licenses;
5.2.7. – Copy of passport / ID;
5.2.8. – CV;
5.2.9. – Copy evidencing degree of education (Diploma, certificate issued by respective school, university, college, etc.).
5.3. – Once the Applicant submits the documents and information as specified herein, BAA Training shall review the documents and information provided by respective Applicant. Please note that in case the documents and / or information submitted by the Applicant indicates that the respective Applicant may not comply with basic requirements, BAA Training may reject such application (for more information about basic requirements please visit here: https://baaflightschool.com/how-to-become-a-pilot/).
5.4. – Please note that the list of information and documents provided herein is non-exhaustive and may be amended at any time unilaterally by BAA Training. In this case, Applicants may be asked to provide additional information and / or documents.
5.5. – Applicants should pay attention to the list of documents required by BAA Training. BAA Training only requires those documents specified in Application platform. Any additional documents are unnecessary for BAA Training and BAA Training has no intention to collect and store those documents. Therefore, we kindly ask all Applicants to refrain from sending documents which are not required by BAA Training during this STAGE 2.
5.6. – All Applicants shall provide accurate and true information to BAA Training via Application platform. Should the Applicant provide misleading, inaccurate and / or false information, BAA Training shall have right upon its sole discretion to dismiss such Applicant from following Applicants’ selection procedures and BAA Training shall not accept any liability for any error or inaccuracy in any application.
6. STAGE 3
6.1. – STAGE 3 is dedicated to Applicant’s assessment. While during the STAGE 2 BAA Training assesses whether the Applicant meets the initial requirements to become a pilot by screening the documents and information submitted by the respective Applicant the next step (STAGE 3) concentrates on evaluating the Applicant’s suitability to pilot’s profession.
6.2. – In case the Applicant passes the STAGE 2, BAA Training invites the respective Applicant to perform several tests. STAGE 3 consists of the following tests and assessment steps which shall be passed by each Applicant in order to engage to STAGE 4:
6.2.1. – Certain cognitive abilities, skills and knowledge will be assessed using reliable and valid test;
6.2.2. – Certain personal/ behavioral traits and competences will be assessed using reliable and valid test;
6.2.3. – English language skills will be assessed using reliable and valid test;
6.2.4. – Knowledge about pilot job and aviation industry, personal motivation will be evaluated during personal Interview.
6.3. – As a result of this STAGE 3, Applicants’ applications may be rejected or approved.
6.4. – Only selected Applicants will be invited to conclude the Contract. In case You have not received an invitation to the next stage within 14 (fourteen) days, please be advised that Your application may have been rejected by BAA Training.
6.5. – Please note that this STAGE 3 is subject to pre-payment of Service fee in the amount of EUR 380,00. Any additional costs (i.e. accommodation, travel and other expenses) shall be solely attributable to the Applicants.
6.6. – Without undue delay upon BAA Training’s receipt of Your application, BAA Training will send You a confirmation letter including the invoice for Service fee. Unless expressly otherwise agreed, STAGE 3 shall require advance payment (to be made in the manner specified in respective invoice). Should the Applicant fail to make advance payment, BAA Training may upon its sole discretion to cancel the assessment as well as the reservation for exact date (as the case may be).
7. STAGE 4
7.1. – Subject to the successful selection and assessment procedures (STAGE 1 – 3), BAA Training shall invite You to conclude the Contract.
7.2. – In cases when the Applicants have chosen to study on the Airlines Cadet program, selected Applicants’ details including personal data shall be sent Applicants’ chosen airlines for their further review. In this case, BAA Training will provide chosen airlines with Applicant’s name, surname, country of birth and residence, date of birth, information related to Applicant’s permission to stay/work in EU, experience in aviation, results of tests and interview, comments and answers to related questions. Based on information and documents received from BAA Training, airlines may decide to invite respective Applicant for further interview or such application shall be rejected.
7.3. – Please note that BAA Training will inform all Applicants who are presented to the Airline whether they are invited to the Final Interview or not. Should the respective airlines reject Applicant’s application, BAA Training will send Applicant’s application to other airlines for their further review.
7.4. – Please be advised that the prices of Training programs, other terms and conditions in relation to Training programs are exclusively subject to the provisions of the Contract.
7.5. – Should the Applicant refuse to conclude the Contract based on whatever circumstances, Service fee is non-refundable and shall remain to BAA Training.
8. RETURN OF SERVICE FEE
8.1. – Service fee is non-refundable, except, if the Applicant cancels (terminates) assessment procedure (STAGE 3) prior 14 (fourteen) days prior its commencement date.
8.2. – In order to cancel (terminate) assessment procedure, the Applicant shall declare clearly in writing the wish to cancel (terminate) assessment procedure. A clear declaration can be done by conventional mail or e-mail. Applicants are welcome to use the sample request template for cancellation included herein.

8.3. – Filled and executed cancellation request has to be addressed to: UAB “BAA Training”, address Dariaus ir Girėno st. 21, Vilnius, Lithuania, email: [email protected]
8.4. – Once you have notified us that You are canceling (terminating) assessment procedure (STAGE 3), Service fee will be returned to Your account as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days of Your cancellation request PROVIDED THAT the assessment procedure (STAGE 3) has been started by BAA Training and cancellation request has been submitted 14 days prior the commencement date.
9. NO WARRANTY
9.1. – For avoidance of doubt, BAA Training does not guarantee that the Applicant’s application will be approved by BAA Training and/or Applicant’s chosen airlines (if that is the case) and the Applicant will pass the selection process specified herein. In case the Applicant’s application is dismissed and/or Applicant fails to pass the selection procedure, in no event BAA Training shall refund Service fee to the Applicant or otherwise bear any liability towards the Applicant.
10.1. – Notwithstanding anything in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, the entire liability by BAA Training or Applicant to each other arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Applicant to BAA Training. In no event shall BAA Training be liable for any indirect, special, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other legal theory. BAA Training and Applicant agree that the limitations specified herein will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these Terms and Conditions is found to have failed of its essential purpose and / or assessment procedure is cancelled (terminated) by the Applicant.
11. DATA PROTECTION
11.1 We may save and process any personal data relating to the Applicant, to the extent necessary for the purpose of the execution and implementation of these Terms and Conditions and as long as we are required to keep such data in accordance with applicable law. 12 APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1. – All and any disputes, controversies and claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved according to the order established in laws of the Republic of Lithuania at the courts of the Republic of Lithuania at place of registered office of BAA Training.
12.2. – If mandatory provisions of the law of the Republic of Lithuania, including mandatory provisions of the European Union law, do not require otherwise, these Terms and Conditions and legal relations arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
