LOT Polish Airlines began in 1928 after the merger of all Polish airlines and today it is one of the world’s oldest airlines in operation.
Their main hub is at Warsaw Chopin Airport which according to the skytrax.com is among 100 best airports in the world.
LOT Polish Airlines is the only one in the region to offer direct long-haul flights from Warsaw to New York, Newark, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Toronto, Beijing, Tokyo, Seoul, Singapore, Delhi, Colombo, from Krakow to Chicago, from Rzeszow to Newark and also from Budapest to New York and Seoul.
With more than 350 daily flights the airline carries around 9 million passengers yearly, providing them with possibly the most efficient and most comfortable journeys from Warsaw to over 110 destinations worldwide.
Currently LOT’s fleet includes over 90 aircraft (including Nordica aircraft operating on LOT flights).
